I really wanted to try Ohana but I am wondering if you think it is worth it for a solo female who can't eat that much at one time, alot of food will go to waste I am wondering if I would be better off using my MYW dining plan going to Kona Cafe where I could take my leftovers home.Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks :)

Oh I would definately do Kona Cafe!!! I didn't have dinner at Ohanna, but the family style thing doesn't really do it for me. Kona Cafe had really good looking food and fabulous desserts!

I would go to Kona if I were you. I've been to 'Ohana several times and have enjoyed it but it is truly a "meat fest" once they start bringing the skewers out. My favorite part of the meal is the appetizer tray, I could do without all the meat.

Your money will be better spent at Kona, even though there's nothing wrong with 'Ohana.

Thanks for the great feedback,I really do think Kona Cafe is the way to go for me,I really did want to try Ohana but I can never really take full advantage of all you can eat meals or buffets. Thanks for the advice. :)

we really enjoyed ohana's, but if you aren't going with others, it will be A LOT of food. the appetizer tray is awesome - which is unlimited refills. but once they start bringing you the meats from the fire grill, you may already be full from the appetizers. the meats are also nice and tender.

ohana's is really set up for groups, with the large portions.

good luck!
