my ADR. :p
I know this sounds picky but we have been 3 times and besides the atmosphere, my family LOVED the green beans and rice the most.
Now, we are flexible, but not big potato eaters.
I am just wondering if it's going to be worth the $ w/o those 2 fav's.
I made ADR anyway because it is tradition to eat there.
I guess I wont know until we do it again, but it keeps bugging me. :rolleyes1

Anyone disapointed in the new offerings? pirate:

The stir fried veggies and potatoes are so much better! I like the old things too but this really is an improvement.

We ate there a week ago and I liked it better then I have in past years. :earsgirl:

We just ate there a couple of weeks ago.I did not like the potatoes or the veggies, but I dont like scalloped potatoes and I love veggies but just did not care for them.

I did like the shrimp the new way alot better. The bread pudding is to die for.

we are not going back on our next trip except maybe to have Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. Good luck if you decide to try it - I prefer to have my fond memories. Ahhh the memories... :rolleyes1

We ate there in October and loved everything they served. The potatoes
are yummy and the veggies are very good too! The banana bread pudding
was the best dessert we had all week!!! Embrace the change! :earsgirl:

The rice was the ONLY thing my daughter would eat there. Boy am I in trouble!

If your daughter is 9 or under, she can order any of the usual kids fare..hot dogs, mac n cheese, etc.. If she is eating as an adult, they may still let you order a kids plate, but still charge you as an adult, it would be worth asking...better than paying full price for nothing!

We (DH< DS 28, Me), ate there 2 weeks ago, and we were very pleased, it was my favorite meal of the week. I loved the new potatoes, but DH and DS wouldn't touch them. They loved the veggies, especially the crisp pea pods, but I didn't try them. The skewers were great
We felt there was a lot of good food.
They loved the dessert, I was too full!
Go and Enjoy!

Wow, that's alot of positive replies!!

Only one way to find out if it will still be a time honored tradition.

We will have to eat there in 17 days!!

Thanks

Gee I don't even think I would have noticed there were changes, lol. We only ate their once and LOVED it, we are eating there again on 12/10 (dh's 37th BD) and can't wait to go back. I hope that crazy lady who sings off key is still there? :rotfl2:

Did anybody like the REST of the food there or did they just go for the rice and green beans? I remember there being rice and green beans but they didn't make much of an impression. I was after meat on a stick.

Being meat eaters, we absolutely loved the meat. That being said we loved the way it tied in w/ the green beans and rice. :flower:

They have added sausage to the meat selections. Although we loved the beans and rice, we all decided we like the new menu better!

Can't wait to return in March.

We ate here last week. The new potato dish is good, but I don't see how it fits into the theme. Service was worse than our previous visits. I love bread pudding, but this bread pudding was sub-par and the veggies weren't good. I prefer the green beans to that mess in a bowl they served us. I also miss the bread they used to serve. I also don't like the fact the added more pork to the skewers.

I really did prefer the caramel and pineapple.

Does anywhere else serve those green beans? I really loved them. I even tried to make them at home, wasn't the same though. We too loved the pineapple and caramel. I don't know if we'll try it when we go back next year.
