'Ohana versus Whispering Canyon breakfast

Both of these are served skillet style, correct?

Did you like one substantially more than the other (and, if so, why) or have you found them to be fairly comparable as far as food quality and service?

Is the main tradeoff between these and a traditional buffet having the convenience of having the food delivered to your table at the expense of less selection? In any event, which style do you prefer (skillet or buffet)?
 
Whispering Canyon has other items beside the skillet that you can order such as raisin bread french toast and other items. Ohana the only choice is family style. I like the family style with little children over the traditional buffets because it is easier to keep them contained. However obviously you have less options this way. For breakfast thought all we usually want is eggs, bacon, sausage, and bread of some kind so it works well.
