I considered this as well as I am staying at the Poly and I have to agree with
@Hopefully and the review cited. I have read the following negatives/tips:
1) ask them to not put a cellophane wrapper on top of the potstickers and wings, they will become mushy instead of crispy
2) if you get a bad piece of meat, there is no opportunity to ask for a replacement (and with 'Ohana it DOES sometimes happen and can be hit and miss even from one skewer to the next)
3) if you favor one kind of meat over another or shrimp or something there is no opportunity to get more of what you like (if you know going in you could ask about subs but no guarantees)
4) there is no ice cream served with the bread pudding (you can order it separately though, at additional cost).
5) ask them to not put cellphone on top of the bread pudding because it condenses as it cools and becomes mushy/watery in texture on the top (you can probably just pat it off or uncover it right when it gets to the room)
6) since everything is brought at once, the things you'd normally eat later in the meal (like the bread pudding) will be cold by the time you get to them (if you have a villa you can throw it in the microwave for a few seconds which may be what they do in the restaurant too anyway)
seemed like overall a better idea to eat in the restaurant than in your room from what I've gathered. If I wanted it and I could not get an ADR I'd do the room service keeping those things in mind. Leftovers is a big plus
