Ohana Twilight Feast question

Does anyone know what the earliest time you can order the twilight feast is? Is it as early as Ohana opens for dinner service? I was hoping to order it through room service around 3:30 or 4:00.

I don't know how early, but my Aunt and Uncle ordered there's at 4:00 last week no problem.
