Ohana to HS

Can someone tell me the best way to get from AOA to OHANA (I have an 8am res). And then get from OHANA to HS??? First time we have been to either. Last year we used our personal vehicle for everything so the buses are all new to us also! Thanks!

That depends on what time the magic Kingdom opens. If it opens at 8 the buses should start running at 7am. Then you would just transfer to the Poly bus or take the boat or monorail. If the Magic Kingdom opens later you are going to need a cab.

From the Poly to HS just take the Poly bus.

Buses start running at 6:30 regardless if the park opens at 8 or at 9, and there isn't a bus from the MK to the Poly.

Buses start running at 6:30 regardless if the park opens at 8 or at 9, and there isn't a bus from the MK to the Poly.

Depends on whether or not the monorails have returned to normal schedule by the time the OP is traveling. Currently, the Resort Monorail starts operating at 8:30 a.m., with buses running before that time. The boats normally don't run that early.

So: take bus to MK; if monorails are running, take Resort Monorail from MK to Poly; if monorails are not running, take bus from MK to Poly. The driver of the bus from AoA will be able to tell you whether the monorails are running, and if they are not, where to catch the bus to Poly. Start travel at least 1 1/4 hours before reservation.
