They really cook them on a skewer, then you have to take them off the skewer and peel them? Yuck. We hate peel and eat shrimp. Ohana's been on our never again list for a long time. This just reassures me that we were right to put it there.

We had it a few weeks ago and it was great. It was spicy but not too spicy. I don't think it's sweet and sour. I am not a fan of skewered grilled shrimp, but this was great. I think it would dry them out if they peeled them first. It is really juicy, very surprising because the main reason why I do not normally like skewered shrimp is because they are very dry. This was not. It was great. Ohana's was always in our must do list, now my husband insists we eat there twice each visit. No objections from me!

I am an expert at Peel and Eat Shrimp ...my whole family loves shrimp cocktail. I find it was quite easy, but I alway peel with a knife and fork. My husband laughs at me but I can peel 3 shrimps before he can peel one with his hands. That's probably why I peel them for my children. They (8 and 3 yrs old) can eat at least 15 each in one sitting.

By the way, the skewered shrimps are normally more difficult to peel but not these ones. The really did a great job with it. I hope it doesn't change.
