Ohana questions

I got PS for Ohana's but have a few questions/concerns:

1) I made them for 7:20 since this was suggested as being the time that Wish would start. As I read this and other boards though it seems as though it starts earlier. Should I make the PS for earlier so as not to miss it? Also, what's the best way to get a window seat....and is the window seating close enough to the games?

2) My youngest is allergic to peanut butter and I'm allergic to shrimp. I didn't realize that all the food comes together......think this will be a problem?

Sorry for all the questions and I feel silly asking them but I'd hate for us to get sick the night before our cruise!

I think that it would be helpful for you to ask the restaurant and/or a dining reservation specialist the questions pertaining to the shrimp allergies.

DS is allergic to Peanuts too. We had it noted on our PS but also mentioned it to the waiter. The chef came right out and was very helpful in explaining everything to us. DS didnt want any of that food anyway, and opted for a kids meal, so that made it easy, but Im sure they will be able to help you too.
It seemed that they kept the different meats, including the shrimp all on separate skewers. The wontons were also on separate plates as were all the appetizers. Im sure the chef will be able to help to avoid any cross contamination for you.
Good luck & enjoy! It is a wonderful meal.

As far as Wishes goes, we had 7:30 reservations back in October and Wishes was starting at 9:00. When we checked in I asked for a window table in the main dining room - you need to be in the main dining room for the games. I guess if you are in the back dining room you could leave your table for the games - depending on age of your child. We were just starting to enjoy our coffee and desert when they dimmed the lights, piped in the music and Wishes started. The timing was perfect. We really enjoyed watching from 'Ohana as Wishes is so large and takes up so much of the park you really enjoy it when you watch it from a distance. We watched it from the park twice and once from the boat dock at the Grand Floridian - we could not hear the music from the GF and although we enjoyed the fireworks - it is much better with the music.
