I have a couple questions about 'Ohana. We've dined there twice, July 2000 and July 2004. I don't really remember the first time, but the second time we really enjoyed the appetizers. However, we didn't really care for the meats. We would like to go back on our next trip, but do you think it would be a problem just to say "no thanks" to the meats? Or just take a small portion (they gave us A LOT of meat the last time!).

Thanks! ;)

I don't think they would mind at all, but I would suggest choosing another restaurant where you could get better value for your money. The skewers are the main part of the dinner. $25.00 a person is a bit too much for green beans and pineapple for me. Hopefully they may have an alterante price if you decide against the skewers? :confused3

Yes, $25 is WAY too much for chicken wings and pineapple...

You might want to call down to the Poly and ask someone about pricing and etc, for the people that arn't interested in the meat..

Thanks for the replies. I didn't really think about 'Ohana being $25 per person, which is indeed expensive for what we'd eat. I just took a look at the Tambu Lounge's website, and they do have the wings listed. Has anyone ever been able to get the wontons there? It would probably be a better option for us just to have drinks and appetizers at the lounge.

Thanks! ;)
