Combine the Following Ingredients:
- 1 lb. 70 Count Idaho Russet Potato (washed and sliced)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of sweet onions
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Place in greased 2" hotel pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve hot.
