We are going to Ohana in March. One of my twins will eat anything but the other one is chicken nugget kid. Is is possible to order him chicken nuggets or a hamburger? Thanks!
You can get anything you like from the Kona cafe menu next door. The waiters will try to persuade you to "see if the child will eat what's served here " but if you just tell them directly- they will bring you it. My son thoroughly enjoyed his mac and cheese!
Good Luck!

When we went our waiter was very nice. The kids did try to get the food and they weren't interested. So we asked the waiter for grilled cheese for the kids. He said no problem and he asked if we wanted something else to go with it and we ordered fries.
When the bill came, I knew it was going to be extra b/c of the other food but they didn't charge us at all (we were on the dining plan).
Both kids fell asleep before the food came out (long day at the parks) and we were able to take the food back to the resort with us.
Alternative selections for children: Chicken nuggets, Macaroni & cheese, Grilled cheese sandwich, PB & J sandwich, Hamburger, or Cheeseburger. All of the above served with French fries. Includes tea and soda. - $12.99
We were able to get DS4 the chicken nuggets and fries at LTT last June. I'm pretty sure every restaurant with a set family-style meal offers a alternate children's menu.
I know my DS4 will be eating the chicken nuggets this June at Ohana too!
For someone considered an adult (i.e. a 13-year-old picky eater)......does anyone know if you could order an adult-sized portion of the mac and cheese?
This is one place DH & I would LOVE to do, but the food wouldn't appeal in the slightest to our DS.
I have 2 super picky eaters and they actually both loved it here!
I think we did ask for a large side of french fries for them, which was no problem to get. The food and atmosphere are great, and a definite must do. Both my kids have asked to go back here on our next trip.
