Ohana Pacing

I have only been to WDW once and one of my favorite meals was Ohana. However I was not prepared at the pacing spped of how the food comes out. I would estimate 5-7 minutes between each course. THat kind of detracted from enjoying the food, particularly when you have children that you attend to first. I plan on eating there again this next go around. Is it ok to tell your server to chill on the time between courses?

Absolutely! Tell them at the beginning and feel free to send them away if you are not ready for the next course.
