'Ohana or WCC before MVMCP?

Which would be quicker 'Ohana or WCC? I want a 5 PM ADR (or earlier if they do it) before MVMCP. My hubby would like a cocktail with dinner and so he won't eat in the MK. We are staying at the Poly FYI.

If you want to get to MVMCP ASAP then I'd absolutely go with Ohanas. You are staying there AND it's much quicker to get to MK afterwards, IMHO.

Ohana, great choice especially since you are right there at the Poly and the monorail. You can get to the MVMCP easily

We had some of the slowest service ever at WCC two years ago. 'Ohana for lots of reasons (better food, nicer atmosphere, closer to MK, Monorail). No question.

I'd go with 'Ohana on MVMCP night. We're doing that one night before MVMCP, and going to WCC on another MK evening.

Both restaurants are great IMO ... we did WCC for "late lunch" - around 2:30 if I remember - on our MVMCP day. (We intended to head straight to MK using the boat from WL but for some reason, we ended up actually going back to ASMu before heading to MK ... but still got there way before the official start of MVMCP).

Not sure how this impacts you or not, but the food at WCC is more "standard North American fare" while the bbq at Ohanas is different - flavours and such. Ahhh, how to say this tactfully, if you have a sensitive stomach - especially when trying new foods, you may want to save Ohanna's for a night when you haven't paid for a special event.

I think if you are staying at the PR you should at least experience Ohana's once. Personally, there are better restaurants within the MK monorail loop offering better quality food and service, but Ohana can provide a unique experience.

If you have not been to the MVMCP before you can enter the park prior to the start time, prior to the entrance closing to the general public and get the MVMCP wrist bands at specific locations, starting at a designated time, throughout the park.
