Ohana or Garden Grill?

Sooo....an ADR opened up for Le Cellier (dinner) on our arrival day and I had to cancel my ADR for Garden Grill. I think I made a great decision, because we have been to LC before and LOVED it.

However, I have really been wanting to try Garden Grill. On our second day we have a late reservation (after 9PM) for Ohana. We've been there once before and enjoyed it, but liked LC and Boma better.

I found an ADR for Garden Grill today at a much more reasonable hour (7:50) so at the moment I have two ADRs for the same day for dinner.

So I ask those of you who have been to both Ohana and Garden Grill--which ADR should I keep? Which of those two do you like better and why?

I've been to both. Garden Grill is OK and might make sense if you must be in Epcot that evening and don't want eat at one of the countries. They are also especially accomodating to food allergies. Having said that, I think Ohana is much better, more fun and has more ambiance, especially with a group of people or with kids.

I Liked Garden Grill better since the charaters come to the table for pictures with my daughter. I also like the bbq chicken, just try not to get dissy from the place spinning.

I am one of those people that thinks LC and 'Ohana are rediculously overrated. 'Ohana has better food (love the shrimp and dessert) than GG, I'll give it that. However, every time I have eaten there the service has been downright awful and it really takes away from the experience. GG's food is alright, nothing great, but not awful. The atmosphere is much more relaxed than 'Ohana. The character interaction is some of the best you can get at WDW. If you were really interested in giving GG a try, go for it.

We love GG. We do have Ohana's but it is for Breakfest. I never had dinner at Ohana's. But last year we loved Garden Grill.

IMHO: 'Ohana, no doubt. Better food, better service, and a great atmosphere, with the added benefit of catching Wishes after dinner from the beach.

Dined at both this past week. Hands down 'Ohana has the better food. However, Garden Grill was such a nice, relaxing meal. 'Ohana is so chaotic in there especially at dinner. The service at Garden Grill was far superior than the service at 'Ohana and the food was very good there. It has improved to me since my dinner there last year. I would decide based on what park you want to be in and if the characters are important. Also, the difference in the types of food.

It depends on what type of experience you want. Do you want characters and in the park? Or do you want to be done with the park for the day and enjoy dinner? Personally.... Garden Grill is a great experience, food is ok, not fantastic and service varies depending on the server you get. OHana has better food but tends to be a lot louder and busier, and of course no characters (not for dinner). If I was going to be at EPCOT for the day I might stay and go to Garden Grill. Also, depending on where I am staying I may or may not want to travel all over the place for dinner. Now, if you are at the Poly I may think OHana as the choice. You have to decide what is more important.
