'Ohana or Epcot Restaurant?

We are going to WDW in November, and just booked our trip last week. Therefore we're kinda late in the game as far as ADR's go so we're just going with what we can get. I was somehow able to get a 5:00 dinner reservation at 'Ohanas, which is our favorite restaurant in Disney, but that is the only reservation for there that I could get during our whole trip, and it happens to be the day we are spending at Epcot. I feel like with all the excellent places to eat in World Showcase it's silly to go the whole way to the Poly just for dinner, but I might be disappointed if we don't get to go to 'Ohanas!:rotfl: What would you do? Try a new place at Epcot (Les Chef's, Restaurant Marrakesh, Teppan Edo maybe?)? Or go to 'Ohanas? It's just me, my husband, and my son who will be only 10 months so he'll be eating baby food. Help me decide! Thanks!

Hmmm...that's a tough one.

If it were me, I'd stay at Epcot and try a different restaurant. BUT, if you just *love* 'Ohana and it would make you sad to miss it, then the correct answer is to go to Poly for 'Ohana.

You've got plenty of time, so I'd keep trying for 'Ohana at a day/time that works better for you.

I have not been too impressed by 'Ohana. I am also the type of person who likes to try new things, so I would say to check out Les Chefs.

That'd be a tough decision! Our fav is 'Ohana too & no way are we going w/o eating there. But to have to go there on your Epcot day is a bummer! We love Coral Reef & LeCellier there as well as others.

I'd keep checking back trying to get 'Ohana on another day & hopefully you'll get it. Otherwise we'll most likely go to 'Ohana unless we had LeCellier.

I would say stick with 'Ohana. You obviously like it and I think anything else you choose may pale in comparison.

Is there any chance you can rework you schedule a bit and switch your Epcot day with an MK day?

If it were me I would try something new in Epcot. I too love Ohana, but my last visit back in May was sooo bad I don't think I will be returning.

I wouldn't go to Ohana even if I was spending the day at the Poly.;) But even if I did love it, I wouldn't plan on it if you were going to be at Epcot. There are so many fabulous places to experience there. I would try Teppan Edo, Tutto or even Coral Reef. :)

If you have never eaten at Les Chef's, then you are really missing out on an awesome place to eat! I like O'Hana alot, but Les Chef's is a whole new level! Try something new! You might like it alot.
