'Ohana's is the one on your list I haven't done.
Here's my take. If the folks in your party like very classic American food, then CM would be the best.
At most buffets, if you have picky eaters, and they ask nicely, the staff may well be able to give them 'plain'-er food. Like if the meat comes with a sauce, they could get theirs without it. They can't undo something like a casserole obviously.
CM has peel and eat Shrimp (or at least tehy used to), fresh fruit, plain rolls, salad bar (so they can pick out which veggies they do an don't like). It would have the most choices for them.
On the other hand, all the buffets have some choices for the kids, even Boma. (And really even that one isn't nearly as exotic, IMO as some DISer's make it out to be. It's mostly American food.)
the one I would criticize though is CP. On our last trip, I really thought the character interaction was very disappointing. Much downgraded from prior trips.
