I thought I read somewhere that when Ohana was still closed that you could get their noodles at Kona Cafe. Even with Ohana reopened now, is it possible? Try as we might, we just couldn't wrangle an Ohana ADR for our October trip, but did manage to grab a Kona dinner on our arrival night.

I think someone mentioned the Kona Chicken Stir-Fry as having the noodles (along with chicken and vegetables). Not sure about ordering just the noodles.

We are doing Kona vs 'Ohana by choice. Mostly like the wings and potstickers and we don't want an AYCTE experience.

Others have said it but I wanted to add that Paging Mr. Morrow has a video up where he and a friend get the noodles from Tambu Lounge and the Thai Coconut Meatballs (Cap Cooks), then take them to Kona "bar area" (?) to eat.

Are you able to order "to go" from Tambu Lounge, does anyone know?

I thought about getting the wings from Kona To Go option....but I dunno....noodles might be a gamechanger.

The last two times we were there, Aug ‘20 and May ‘21, we got takeout from Tambu. There is no mobile order but you can order food to go from the bar. They also have bread pudding 😄

I've never been to Ohana or Kona cafe before, but we went this past Thursday to Kona cafe and I had the chicken stir fry. The noodles were very good, and looked like pictures I've seen of the ohana noodles.

I was also able to order the ohana bread pudding from Kona as well. I wasn't going to get dessert until I was offered that (wasn't on the menu but our waitress said we could order it). Well worth the calories!

Okay but noodles are just noodles. Bread Pudding is something else and we have ordered it at Kona. :)
