We were thinking of hitting O'hana on our arrival date and of course, the only time available is 9:50pm. That suits us since it will allow us to arrive, get settled and then head over there without having to rush too much.

Do you think it's going to suck being so close to closing time? It will be a thursday night.. so not even the advantage of being a weekend night.

I'd just hate for our first meal to be a crappy one.. not to mention, my kids (10,10,12,17) were hoping for the super fun experience I've been reading so much about. I bet that's not going to be happening that late at night either, right?

What do you guys think?

Unfortunately, the entertainment ends around 9:30. We had a 9:30 ADR in December and I wanted to make sure my kids got to experience the coconut races and music, etc. so we showed up early - just before 9 p.m. - and asked if the kids could go into the restaurant to participate. We were willing to wait until closer to the ADR time to officially check in, but they were totally wonderful about it and, in fact, gave us a buzzer. Might be an option for you. The food will keep coming so no worries about that!
