Hello!

We were able to score a last-minute ADR for next Monday breakfast at O'Hana. None of us have ever been, although we go to WDW all the time and are familiar with WDW. We have four adults, mid 30s, and two little girls, aged five and six.

We are planning on doing MK that day for our park, with no other dining commitments that day. We're staying offsite and driving. I know where the Poly is, and I know where MK is. I know we can't park all day at Poly, and we REALLY love to ride the monorail. Is our best bet to park at the TTC and then ... what? Yes, we need some help there, lol.

Also, what can we expect at breakfast? Is it good? Service good? Loud? The price sure is nice for a character meal right on our way to a park.

Any tips, suggestions or reviews would be helpful. I tried to search for some previous threads about this, but everyone spells O'Hana so differently! Plus the search is hit or miss.

Hi there! I can help with the Poly question but have never eaten at Ohana yet! I am going end of May! Your best bet would be to park at TTC and either take the monorail or walk to the Poly I don't think the walk is more than 10 minutes. Hope that helped!

I can't help you with the transportation. We drove to the Poly then drove to MGM for the day, but we loved this breakfast. It wasn't crowded. The characters came around more than once. They do a parade around the room with the kids which is very cute. The food is served family style and it was good. They will bring you more of whatever you want. The service was excellent. It is nice not to have to worry about going to a buffet and missing the characters.

I think you will have a great time!

We did breakfast at Ohana last August. May family loved it. It was served family style. A skillet is brought out filled with (I might miss some items) eggs, mickey waffles, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. There might have been one or two more items with refills if requested.

My youngest loves Lilo and Stitch, so this was in her words "The best breakfast ever." I thought the character interaction was great, all the characters made it by once and Stitch even made it by another time and had time to "create havoc" with all of us at the table.

It wasn't too loud IMO except when all the kids were asked to come and participate in the activity, then it was loud with all the kids and music, but then settled back down.

We are planning to go here again in Dec since it was such a great time and good food last time.

And it was nice just to hop on the monorail and arrive at the MK right after breakfast.

Thanks, guys, so much for the quick replies. Sounds like a good place to grab breakfast and meet some characters!

I went ahead and called WDW on the transportation issue. They said to just park at the TTC, take the monorail to MK (as opposed to Epcot), but I, too, remember the Poly being walking distance from a monorail. I just don't remember if it was the monorail from the TTC or the MK.

Oh, well. I'm sure we'll figure it out. We'll allow a little extra time in case we get lost on monorails ;)

Thanks again so much. I think we're going to have a great time :woohoo:

My 3 boys loved the breakfast here. Stitch was a riot getting into trouble ~ being Stitch. And it was nice to relax and have the food brought to you and to have the opportunity to get 2nds or 3rds on something you really liked. I found it to be the most relaxing of the character meals. Also the pineapple bread was yummy.:stitch2:

Not a big Ohana fan, but thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast there last Sept. Great service, plenty to eat, great character interaction, very relaxing atmosphere. Sweet bread they had was YUMMY in the TUMMY ! Great fresh fruit and all the usual good breakfast foods below......
