OHANA food questions

I was just able to snag an ADR for Ohana on our last day at 5:15pm, hoping for 6:30, but surprised anything came up at 52 days out, there were two others available the same day at 3:30 and 8:30. I was wondering, with the salad, my daughter's will not eat anything except italian or ranch on their salad, do they have other options or is it just the honey lime? Also, the noodles, are they just spaghetti noodles? I think they will like everything else. We had a ADR there last visit, but changed to Boma. Thanks for any comments.

The salad did come dressed with a house dressing when I was there last but I'm sure you can request something different. Disney is very accommodating with dietary requests. The salad dressing is totally awesome though and it is a vinegrette type so if they like italian, they might like it.
THe noodles were spaghetti noodles but they did have kind of a teriyaki, asian taste. Not quite a Lo Mein but not plain.
