Are the Meats served on seperate serving Plates?
or do you have to request them on separate plates (allergy concern)?

When we were there, they were served directly from the grilling skewers.

the different meats are on different skewers - your waiter brings the skewers to your table & he slides them off the skewer onto your plate. Your waiter will ask you which meats you want, so if there is an allergy issue for you then you can definitely avoid that particular meat.

Is it all cooked to death, or can you get your preference (re steak)?

Ours was medium, and oh so yummy!!!!! I am sure that if you requested a certain type, they would cook it that way for you though. The place is very hospitable.
