Ohana dinner popularity

Trying to find a dinner for 2 at Ohana for March 9 or 12th, online keeps showing no availability. Is it really that busy/popular? I didn't have any problems getting Le Cellier, Cali Grille and 1900 PF

Yes, it's really that popular. For 1 dining credit (or not that much per person), you get a full many-course meal, plus entertainment for the kids, so it fills really quickly. Whether or not it's worth it is a point for debate. (We thought it was just okay.)

I was excited to call and get Ohana for Feb 16th at 7:15... I have never eaten here. But i have heard nothing but good things about it.

We got a reservation for the 9th of March for the 7 of us, but that was on October 27th. I have heard that sometimes if you try to reserve for more people like 4 or 5 you sometimes have a better chance of a reservation. Not sure if that is true though.

One of my favorites--I get this a lot and just go over there and find it half filled, etc. Always seems to be nothing available though on-line. Sometimes same for the Kona Cafe?

I think that Ohana is very good and many others do as well - that's why you're having trouble finding availability. Just keep trying - something is bound to turn up at some point over the next 4 months! I have always gotten what I have wanted at Ohana but sometimes it takes persistence. I have usually called gotten what I wanted about a week or less before we left (thanks to cancellations).

I couldn't get a reservation for 2 at Ohana's but when I put in for 3 I was able to get the time I wanted. Must be because they have limited tables for 2?
