We are going in August and there will be 6 of us. We haven't been to Ohana in 10 years due to a less than stellar experience. How hard is it to get a reservation for dinner? We'll be there for 5 days so I'm thinking I would have no problem booking for our last day.

If it's important to eat there then definitely be online at 180 days to get it. I'm going to say that it's the next hardest ADR after BOG. I booked our May trip in early January and Ohana is a must for us. Since I was already past 180 days I knew I was going to have to work for that ADR. I was able to get a dinner, but it's very early 3:45, that's earlier than we usually like to eat. The other options were 9:30 or later, too late. Good luck!

On my 180 day mark I was able to schedule it for 2 nights as usual. However we like to eat there around the fireworks time and another poster said that time is easier to get.

I agree with the others; it is hard to get (but gets quite a lot of negative reviews). I have never been in 30 trips, and have no desire to go. I can get the noodles and the dessert at the bar IIRC (but only place I've eaten at the Poly has been a few years ago the quick serve to have a break from the MK crowds with my friend and our kids).

If you need to get an ADR, search early! And then you can always go back and search alternate times once you've secured one.

It looks "meh" to me, though.

I'd be on at 180 out for sure. It fills up fast, much to our astonishment. We tried it a few years back and HATED it. Won't do it again.

My ADR day is next week however Disney has not posted the park hours which is really annoying. DDIL wants to take DGD. Like I said we went 10 years ago and were put in the "back" room (behind the cooking area), our waitress was covering for another waitress in the opposite end of the restaurant so we pretty much got ignored. We were there over 2 hours and were fed up left without desert. I'm willing to give it another try for the family. We have the free dining plan so no big deal if it is awful.

Hard to get except when you use the touring plans reservation finder. It’s gotten me what I’ve wanted every time. And we love Ohana. :)

We've done Ohana once and my husband specifically requested it again. We thought it was delicious, especially the potstickers and peanut sauce, noodles, and bread pudding.

It's been a tough one to get though! I didn't book before 180 days and it's the only reservation that has given me trouble. I managed to get a 3:30 but generally only see 9 or after available. It's almost become a game to check for a more conveniently timed reservation each day at this point.

It books fast, though cancellations pop up often if you don't get your first choice.

It's one of our favorites and it's been consistently good (for us) for years. We have taken various new-to-Disney people with us and it's always a hit. But I will say that Disney restaurants struggle with consistency in service (especially!) and often food as well so I'm not surprised at the mixed reviews. I hope it's a win with your family!
