Ohana Craziness

I’m so sorry.
Did you complain while you were at ‘Ohana? If not, I would complain immediately before leaving property.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at ‘Ohana on several trips. I wouldn’t consider this a typical experience there.

We had the same experience. Waited so long we asked for the manager. They told us it was because we had a table for and the couple seated at our table stayed longer then expected. They gave us 1 fast pass. Disney's go to when they have issues.

Yeah, 1 FP. We were seated 45 minutes late for dinner at Raglan Road and it resulted in a free round of adult beverages AND comped dessert for everyone. They showed us they DID value our time, and we'll gladly go back.
Not so much with Ohana, I guess...
