'Ohana - Chef TJ

Hey everyone!
For those of you who have visited 'Ohana, had the pleasure of having Chef TJ cooky your meals AND there under special dietary needs, could you please tell me what your experience was like? As much detail as possible would be appreciated, and photos that you may have of your meal or with Chef TJ would really be a plus! Kind of an odd request, but I've heard so much about him.

I can't help you with pics and reviews, as I haven't eaten there yet, but have you posted this on the Disabilities Board as well? I have recently received a ton of help re. special diets and there were some reviews etc as well on O'Hana. Just thought that might double your chances of getting the feedback you are looking for.
