Ohana characters coming back?

I heard reports that Pluto has been seen out front of the restaurant for pictures before the meal recently. Has anyone been there lately? Any word on the characters returning?
We're going for my niece's birthday and was hoping to get into a restaurant with some characters.

I just had breakfast there on Wednesday. Unfortunately Ohana still didn't have characters back. I think there one of the last without the characters now. =(
