Ohana Character Breakfast

We went on our last trip we loved it except...

Obviously there is one of each character. The restaurant dining area is quite large and just as we were seated, Lilo was at the table in front of us. We waited over an hour and Lilo was still not close to getting back to our table...so we left.

We did get to meet Stitch, Pluto and Mickey!

Just another posted chiming in that this is our favorite place! My hubby was sick when we had breakfast there in June so I am planning a surprise breakfast for just him and I when we are there for a quick trip in Sept.

DH and I have a reservation for this. I love Stitch, so I'm really excited! But DH is more interested in different kinds of food. Is this the place with the special French Toast, or is that somewhere else?

Thats somewhere else!

The Tonga Toast is at Konas in the Poly.

OHana has family style scrambled eggs, potato, sausage, bacon and Mickey Waffles...all brought on a platter to your table and you can ask for as much as you'd like.

Aha! I will bribe him with promises of Kona in exchange for my Stitch time, then. Thank you!

I have ressies for Christmas moring before me fly back home to Boston never did this breakfast but not a fan of buffets ( although 1900 park fare is good) are two adults gonna survive all the noise? :rotfl2::santa:

DS and I don't like eggs. Will we be able to get extra Mickie waffles?

Yes, as many as you care to eat! They actually dont come on the platter. There is someone walking around with a basket of them, just let them know how many you want and when you finish those and still want more, just ask!

Its not a buffet. You will never leave your table to get the food. You are at our own table and I didnt find it any more noisy than any other WDW restaurant...exept maybe the signatures.

We too book this for our travel morning (to Boston too!) We like the idea of being able to get back to the room quickly, finish packing and check out. Last time we were booked at the Poly, got a pincode, and ended up at the Contemp. Chef Mickeys was booked on our checkout day and I already had the Ohana ressie, so kept it...still worked out great!

Worst character meal on property, IMHO. Horrible service, the longest waits for characters to arrive at table (they allow up to 2 hours - seriously!), and yucky food.

After 3x of the same yucky service/food, we won't be back, Tiger

What is in the stitch juice???

It is yummy, the closest I have gotten to it at home is mixing orange/mango juice with some pineapple juice. The one at Tusker house is similar.

The pineapple bread is soo yummy, I always ask for more.
