If we are able to get an ADR for the earliest seat (7:30am), how long will our breakfast take?

Also, any updates on recent characters?

TIA!:goodvibes

It's sort of up to you. When we ate at Ohana (which we love by the way!) it was the last morning of our trip so we wanted to hit HS fast! After our fabulous waitress served us juice and all the other food was brought out, we asked for the check so we could eat and then go to HS.

However, when we ate here earlier in our trip and weren't rushing around trying to get to a park, we spend nearly an hour eating, waiting for the characters and marching in the parade. So it really depends on what you want to do! I will say that this is one of the best character breakfasts in Disney though! Food is amazing and the characters are hilarious!:goodvibes

We love 'Ohana too, for breakfast and dinner! I agree, it's kind of up to you how long it takes. At breakfast, there's Lilo, Stitch, Pluto, and Mickey.

We can usually do a character breakfast in 50-60 minutes. We had 8:10ADRs inside the parks before rope drop and could get in/out without feeling rushed. We had a 7:35am ADR during our Oct trip and were out in 1 hour, hopped the monorail and got to MK for rope drop no problem.

The one suggestion to always speed up the process of getting out quicker is to ask for your check earlier. It always seems like the server disappears when you are ready to leave and you spend lots of time waiting for your bill and paying.

We had a 7:30 am breakfast last August and we were out of there in 40 minutes...food was great, was able to get the pressed pot coffee too

That is a great time for breakfast there. If you can get a seat near the windows you get to watch the sun come up over the MK with the castle in the background.

As far as time it is a combination between how long you want to make it last and how long it takes for the characters to get to you. It is family style (at least both times I did it) so you eat at your own pace. If you happen to get there just after the characters did your section it may be a little bit before they get back to your area.

An hour for us too. We had 7.30am reservations and left at about 8.30am took the monorail over to the MK and walked up so we were waiting for 9am opening. The breakfast was fantastic.

I'm so excited to hear good reviews of the character breakfast at Ohana since we have reservations for there in just over a week. Anyone have any trouble getting from another resort to the Poly in time for the 7:30am reservation?

We did O'Hana breakfast 1-1/2 weeks ago on September 2nd and it was fabulous. It took about an hour from start to finish. The character interaction was GREAT! Lilo, Stitch, Pluto, and Mickey made their rounds to each table and spent as much time as you needed so you could get multiple pics. It was great.

9:20 ADR and it took about 30 -40 minutes just to get in. The breakfast was just your average eggs, bacon etc but with mickey waffles and a great juice. The characters were so much fun! It took about an hour or so but the wait to get in was long at that time.
