I have read that Stitch is not inside the restaurant walking around the tables, He is now outside on your way out?

Is this true?

I haven't seen that, but it might be better that way. The characters are very rushed trying to get around to all the tables at that breakfast.

From what I've read you see him on the way in. It's a photo op in front of a bamboo tiki-esque background. Lilo, Pluto and Mickey still walk around the tables.
