'Ohana Breakfast timing question

Here's the story: I have an 8:25 breakfast reservation at 'Ohana during Marathon weekend in January. My son is running in one of the kids races at the Expo at 11:00 that morning. We're driving to the expo, so no waiting for a bus, but I will need to get into the expo, pick up his race stuff, and get him out to wherever he needs to be to run by 11:00. Will we be cutting it too close?

Plan on traffic being horrendous. I wouldn't risk it.

I had breakfast here on 9/22. They seated us about 15 minutes after our ADR time and it took about 1hr 15 min for the meal/characters. That would bring you to around 10am exit time. I would try for an earlier reservation.
