We have reservations for breakfast but now I am having second thoughts. There are so many great places to eat. The kids love Stitch, will they be able to see him in the parks or only at Ohana?

The breakfast menu doesn't really thrill me. Is it good? I wish there were options.

Yes, you can find Stitch in the parks yet I would do the Breakfast! Our Breakfast at 'Ohana was delicious and the atmosphere and the service were wonderful!! :thumbsup2 Here is what I wrote in my review:

Breakfast was yummy! Everything was so fresh and hot. They first bring out coffee, tea or milk and a refreshing & yummy tropical juice and two kinds of warm bread (one pineapple) with whipped nut butter. Then came the "skillet" with scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon & sausage-all cooked perfectly!-and Mickey waffles and warm buttermilk biscuits. Also served is a fruit plate-sweet and delish! A great way to start a day in Disney! :upsidedow

We went last November and honestly, I'm not doing it again, it was nothing special. Stitch is usually in Tomorrowland when we are there, so that's no big deal, but I've never seen Lilo anywhere else. Pluto is there, so my daughter was happy. They did a dance around the restaurant and it was cute, but I wouldn't go for the food only. The bread was the only thing special, a pineapple bread that was excellent!

We also love the Ohana breakfast! The food is very good and the atmosphere is great also. As for Stitch, yes, you can see him in the parks. We got autographs and photos in MGM.:)

ETA: We saw both Lilo and Stitch at MGM.

Hi! We ate breakfast with Lilo & Stitch in September. The food was great! There is a musical parade that the characters, and all of the kids, do towards the breakfast end. It is cute! :goodvibes We saw Lilo & Stitch at Animal Kingdom.

We saw Sticj at AK as well, but as previous posters have said, do the breakfast! We all loved it (the bread, tropical juice, and potatoes were my faves), and I would have breakfast there again in a heartbeat.

Stitch can be found in Tomorrowland, and also can be found (usually with Lilo) at AK.

I agree with this. We did it in Jan '06 for DD's7th birthday. None of the breakfast really appealed to me or DD. DH and his parents loved it, but they love those kinds of food for breakfast. We're going to try a breakfast buffet this next time and will seek out L&S in the parks- have always seen them at AK.

It's a new must-do for us. We've been to WDW too many times to count only tried this breakfast this past April. We sort of settled on it when we couldn't get something else. FWIW, we don't have kids -- just the hubby and I who like to act like a couple kids on vacay ;)

We LOVED it. It's a great way to start out your MK day, too. Lots of character interaction and a nice view, too, from about half the restaurant.

My only *slight* complaint is we've been twice now, and once the eggs were a bit more wet than we're used to. Even the refill was that way. We went in May of this year and then again in September. Eggs were perfect in May; wet and a bit runny in September.

I thought the breakfast did have a touch of originality, too. You've got the exotic juice, the pineapple bread, and I thought the sausage wasn't your average breakfast sausage links. They're sort of on the larger side, more akin to, say, an Italian sausage in size and shape, but it had a very distinct snap to it and a definite Polynesian sweetness :thumbsup2

Anyway, we pay OOP when we hit the world, and we positively love the meal. It's a great value, clean, fun, cool characters and enjoyable food.

Its our "regular" breakfast.

I wouldn't do a character meal for the food - every one I've been to has been somewhere between "god awful" and "not bad" (high praise for a character meal - the food at the Grand Floridian was 'not bad.') And they are expensive. But you are paying for the experience. Stitch is pretty easy to find other spots though (he often hangs out by his ride in the MK).

The food is just o.k. breakfast food. Nothing spectacular, but the juice is pretty good. The service was horrible, so we won't be returning. We also met Lilo & Stitch in AK. They were terrific and spent a lot of time posing for pictures and signing the kids' autograph books. The kids got more time with them than at Ohana. If you go to AK, just check with a CM where and when Lilo & Stitch will be available.

We just came back today and stayed for 4 days at the Poly. Every morning the entrance to Ohana was like walking through a sea of screaming people....it was nuts. You could hear the chaos just sitting at Kona.

We saw Stitch in MK and Epcot all week...he popped up everywhere. Next to the Carousel of Progress with no one waiting to see him...he just stood there swinging his arms and putting his hands up like HUH??

We also saw him in the Beach Club lobby every day for the first 4 days of our trip...he was playing peekaboo and hulla hoop with the kids

the food isn't spectacular but its pretty good. We've eaten at Ohana's breakfast about 4-5 times now and had a great time every time. IMO, if you love Stitch and Lilo then do Ohana's as you get to see them alot and do a parade with them and then of course meet them and get them to sign autographs. I've only ever run into Stitch at the parks and it was by chance in Animal Kingdom. I think if you search him out you can find him but why bother when you KNOW he will be at Ohana's. Its not a terrible place to eat and I think you will like it and find it worth it. JMHO!:wizard:
