We are looking for a breakfast before we head home on our last day. I would love to see the Poly but I am just not sure about the quality of the food at Ohana. Supercalifragilistic is another option I am looking at. It looks like good food but how is the Character interaction? TIA

I know its not one of your choices but Akershus breakfast and character interaction are great if you have girls

They are both great options for breakfast! If I had to pick one, my daughter loved the Mad Hatter at the Supercalifragilistic and still talks about meeting him there.

I love the breakfast at Park Fare, it's one of my top three.

Ohana breakfast is a must do for us! The food has always been hot and fresh and the characters are great! The food is served family style- first they bring sweet breads, then fresh fruit, then a platter of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and mickey and stitch waffles. They also serve POG juice (if you like that). The characters do a little parade around the restaurant with the kids- it's really cute.

Depending on the ages of your kids, Ohana is family-style. They bring it to you. 1900 Park Fare is buffet. You gotta get it.

Ohana is Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch. 1900PF is Victorian Storybook friends -- Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh.

If characters are not a priority, consider Trail's End, Whispering Canyon or Boma for breakfast. Another resort character breakfast option is Cape May cafe, which has a good reputation (I've never been).

Ohana was great quality in February! It was hot and fresh and our favorite breakfast that trip. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We haven't done 'Ohana for breakfast, but we did the 1900 Park Fare one last year and just thought it was so-so. The Mad Hatter was great, but the day we were there, the other characters were very lackluster.

We've done both and preferred O'hana for the food. Character interaction was okay at both. I like not having to get up to get food while the characters are coming around.

I'm not help to you - we love both! I can tell you WHY I like each though - 'Ohana has Stitch! We love Stitch. I appreciate having food for just our table that everyone in the world hasn't reached over or breathed on. Park Fare has some more grown-up food choices. DD and I both love the lobster eggs benedict and the bagels and lox, and DD loves the strawberry soup. The interaction with the Mad Hatter and Alice was perfect for my Alice in Wonderland fan.

We did both on our last trip and preferred 1900 PF. Mickey was great character interaction at 'Ohana, but the others were pretty standard pose for a pic and move on. The food was good, but we liked the food at PF better -omelet station and strawberry soup gave it the edge. We had great character interaction at PF as well.

Personally, I find O'hana breakfast to be super boring. There's nothing special about the offerings and what they do offer, I don't think is cooked very well. I love 1900 PF for the omelet station, strawberry soup, lobster eggs benedict etc. And you just can't go wrong with the Mad Hatter. He's awesome! If characters aren't requirement, the buffet at the Wave at the Contemporary is sooooooooo good. Their cheesy grits are worth the trip alone.

'Ohana! My kids love Stitch and it was great!
Plus- I am GF- and it was so nice to sit and have the food come to you. I loved my GF basket of food and the staff was great.

My vote would be 1900 Park Faire for interaction, because you get Pooh and Tigger who bounces with you, and face characters that you can actually have a conversation with. There is also more variety with the buffet, and kids like the independence of getting their plates.

They would need a park ticket for that.

We prefer breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. It's always crowded, but there's lots of characters and the food has always been good.

1900 Park Fare. More food options for the $$, and our character interactions have been fabulous the two times we went.

The food is about 900 times better at 1900 Park Fare.

At 'Ohana, they give you those awful mass scrambled eggs. At 1900, chefs are waiting to cook you an omelette or fresh eggs at order.

Our choice would be Ohana as it's one of our favorites. We've eaten at 1900 PF a couple of times, with each time being just ok. There is more variety at 1900 PF, but we like the atmosphere and food better at Ohana.

I asked this a few weeks ago too, we have been to Ohana SOOOO many times but never did 1900 PF for breakfast. Was/still am torn because my 2 yr old really likes both Mary Poppins and Lilo and Stitch. We always had exceptional service and food at Ohana, character interaction was amazing our first trip with our oldest like 7 years ago (she was only 3 and had lilo's dress on, they did the hula with her, surfed with her, was great). Last year however I was disappointed, not to say I would never go back there again, could have just been an off day. We didn't get any lei's (dont think they do that anymore?), no picture when you walk in, we waited FOREVER (we usually wait here no matter what but the wait was like 45 mins with a reservation, with a starving 1 yr old I was going out of my mind), and our server was beyond rude, got annoyed when we asked for bread as we never received any at any of our tables, was a little rude to the kids (who were well behaved, just seemed like he really didn't want to interact with kids), so for that reason I am unsure if I want to skip it this year. I just feel like the food is something my 2 yr old would eat, she would love the little parade they do around the restaurant because she knows the music to movie.

edited to add, we do love Cape May Cafe as well, we enjoyed it so much last time I made 2 reservations this year, they have a make your own crepe station! LoL
