Didn't get my equal pay claim sorted so its DCR in October for 6 days for us, so to cheer myself up bought shares on Friday and sent all the stuff off first thing this morning and just recieved confirmation of now being a member of the shareholders club yipeeeee spending spree as seen some nice Pirates of the carribean and Nightmare before Christmas stuff on photos of the new disney shop :dance3::dance3:

Sorry to hear about your claim but congratulations on becoming a shareholder! :thumbsup2 Is it your first time at DCR? I've not stayed there myself but the pool looks lovely.

It will be the first time for me as it is the cheaper option with 5 of us, the pool does look nice but dont know if i will get chance to try it out. The kids can't wait to go log camping (as they call it).

I dissapointed they don't do breakfast anymore as I love the chocolate petit pains and rolls with ham and cheese, but at least i can pig out in saloon mickey lol:rotfl2:

Be happy!! Dcr is fab!!! We have just done 4 nights there las day in parcs today and at the kyriad tonight. Dcr is the best!!

I loved the breakfast but... The charge 6 euros per person per night so for you would be 30 euros... But the shop has the exact same in the morning. Baguette is 1.20 croissants are 1 each and there were also pain au chocolat for 1 each as well so you could have exact same for a tiny price! I was quite upset they had stopped breakfast but after my quick drive breakfast pickup and back to cabin to munch I was a happy mummy again!!!

Oh and next day I sent my husband and he got shareholder discount too!!

Pool was great my only criticism would be not very supervised and lots of wild teenagers/adults goofing about ...bit scary for my 6 year old who can swim but doesn't really want dunked!!!!

It's perfect for a family of 5(we are one too) wee man only 11 weeks and girls 6&4 so they loved the bunk beds. What kind have you booked? There are the characters every night too with no scrums!! ;)

Hi

We have just booked the 2 bedroom cabin (the one with the bunk beds) my bunch are aged 13, 6 and 5.

Thank you for the prices this will be something that I will look into, don't know if we will use the pool as when we go away we usually just use the rooms for sleeping in and are out and about for as long as our legs will last us. lol

Nice to know there are no scrums with the characters we are going 21 - 26th October so hopefully it will not be really really busy. I know i am naughty taking the kids out of school the week before they breakup but i have never done it before and I want to enjoy Halloween without being that crushed.:lmao:

We have just said we are taking them out of school next time too! Was just too hot and busy this time, didn't even get on btm!! Is the park open as late in oct? Pool open till 10 so you never know-may get a dip! ;) we've had a premium one in jan feb 2years ago and was great but lack of living space, 2 bathrooms good though. I think I'd always book the standard 2bed now and chance my arm by emailing asking for a sprinkle of pixie dust! Has worked twice for us at dcr and once at cheyenne :)
