Oh this is frustrating!!!

Recently, I had purchased a 5 day hopper at the Disney Store. They took my name, address, phone and email and said Disney would be contacting me for a survey that they would be doing. I received an email this afternoon from disneysurvey.com with a link for me to complete this survey. Oohhh! Fun! I clicked the link and was told Access Denied!!! I have tried numerous times and I still get the same error message. I have emailed them and hopefully they'll be able to fix this link!! Anybody have anything they want to tell them when I get in?!!
