Isn't that Dumbo shirt great? We've been looking for years and so glad they finally came out with one. I'm guessing it is because of the "two Dumbo rides" now.

I love love love the dress for the wedding! It's gorgeous and you'll most likely steal the show wearing it, it will look fabulous on you Kathy. The color is so beautiful too. I read also that Markie and Alisha are considering June 2013 now? So exciting! I'm telling you, they make you some beautiful grandbabies.

Enjoy your time with Barry and family at the zoo! How fun. Maybe you could make him do a test run and see what his real time is? I have a feeling he may be fibbing to make poor Timmy look bad for the marathon training.

I'm sorry I didn't get the update done (at least I did replies).

We went to dinner and then went shopping for more stuff for the kids new home since they move in next weekend (bucket, laundry basket, broom, plunger, shower caddy, etc. and it's now after 10 p.m. and we have to get up early tomorrow as we're leaving at 6:30 a.m. for Milwaukee to go to the Zoo and then lunch with our DIS friend, Barry and family and .then probably stop at the Outlet Mall on the way home because Mark needs new shoes before he goes to Vegas next Friday. I promise an update over the weekend at some point.

I'm getting caught up Kathy! Wow, that dress is absolutely gorgeous. I love the sweeping skirt and the uplift in the front. So classy! (Coincidently, I just did a post in my PTR for my youngest sons wedding and in comparison my mother of the bride dress was rather uhh...uninspiring next to yours! )

As I posted earlier in the week, we had a DIS meet in Milwaukee today. First, Mark and I drove to the Milwaukee County Zoo. It's been over 30 years since we were there, and it is a really great zoo. A few of the animals we saw:

From there, it was off to Mo's Irish Pub to meet Barry (FreezinRafiki), and his beautiful family -- Bambi, his wife, and their three children--Madison, Evan and the newest addition, Ryder.

We had a great meal and a great visit. As we all know, no DIS meet actually happened unless there is proof. So here you go:

Barry and family, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet up with us. We had a great time and hope we don't have to wait another year to see you guys. Have a great trip to Florida.

After we left the group, Mark and I stopped at Pottowami Casino where between the two of us we proceeded to win $900. Can you say HELLO NEW DISNEY PURSE???????

We then stopped at the Premium Outlet Mall and got Mark a new pair of dress shoes before he heads to Vegas on Friday for a trade show.

Tomorrow we are going to see Mark's mom, and I promise a DISNEY update tomorrow.

First off, love the dress! I'm with Jen, it doesn't look anything like any of the mother of the bride dresses I'm used to seeing.

Second, it looks like you two got to see some great animals at the zoo. I so wish our zoo was nice like that instead of being run down and in a not-so-great part of town.

Great pics from the zoo Kathy! There is nothing like a Dis-meet and I think the thing I love the most is ... we can have them anywhere As a matter of fact, we're having one next weekend at pkondz and can't wait! It's been a year and a half since we've seen them so we're definitely overdue!

6 days an no starbucks Actually, I am learning to live without it. I still love the coffee and will make it at home... but our local starbucks... It is so gross They pull the shots and let them sit... the acid goes through the roof on them then... the coffee always is then bitter. If I do go (and believe me.. I still do ) I will order things with half the pumps..cause one pump to them is like a half cup. I have wrote in to corporate to complain... and I have had my share of free drink coupons... but really... there is only so many free drinks that I want.. What I WANT is for them to make a cup of coffee right.
