A few months ago I got one of those little sample packs in the deli of all these funky cheeses. My husband and I made a big production one night sitting down to act like cheese snobs. We both ended up gagging. The only one I could stomach was some kind of apple one. I'll stick to American, cheddar, swiss, mozzarella, and parmesan. No stinky cheese please.
