I live in Bergen County NJ................Prediction of possible snow this friday and saturday.....Just wanted to let those who live here a Heads UP.....They are usually not so predictible so don't worry to much.

I'm here in northeastern Pa, ( near Quakertown Pa) we are in the iffy zone now, not sure what is going to happen, weather forcasts from KWY, CBS 10 and Channel 6 are all over the place!

My cousins live in Oak Ridge NJ, they could get 2 feet! This has been a bad winter so far! My "end of December to end of January" DVC stay seems so long ago! :lmao:

I live in Connecticut and they're predicting anywhere from 10" to 3ft!!

Putnam CT here: Think we have 3 ft -- not sure how we're going to dig out!

I heard that Connecticut ended up getting the worst of it. I hope you still have power!

We got just under 2 feet. Thank goodness the snow is light and fluffy but it never got above 20 degrees today and was quite windy too so we needed a few warm-up breaks to get through it. We didn't lose power so at least the house is warm.

Bergen couny here also , & unlike what the OP said, Nope The weather man was actually R I G H T ! a foot here....:crazy2:

Said goodbye some time ago. Hope everyone is doing OK.

BTW-rode my bicycle 61 miles today, then jogged 10 miles and a nice swim in the Gulf tomorrow.

Southwest canceled all their flights in and out of ISP yesterday and today...roads out here in Suffolk county are still a mess LIE is closed from 7am-5pm today for snow removal. We had almost 30 inches at our home....not that we want to go anywhere but our road has not yet been plowed

We got just about 3 ft. The street is not plowed, many actually. It's a complete blanket of snow. We do have power here. My parents are enjoying themselves at SSR right now, but they'll be coming home Friday to this nice surprise!

The street hasn't been plowed yet, it's buried under the snow here!

We have power, main roads are plowed, were able to go to church today, but Worcester State University is closed again tomorrow. Thank goodness, I can give assignments online -- I'm missing way too many classes already :confused3 It bothers me a lot more than the students though! The mounds of snow are amazing!

As another college prof, I smiled when I read about the assignments. I feel the same!! I am not teaching this semester, I do not feel comfortable driving, being in snow/ice, so I take winters off.
