the SO.Uh thread at the moment thanx. the others we hijacked have long since died and faded. we may hijack loads but were sensible enough to do it one at a time and i hardly think we could hijack a random thread could we?

you just admitted that you hijack too much.

I don't even see the point. This is teh main problem of the TB.

Its not the arguments. Its the hijacking.
Arguments stem from thread hijacking, ex, this thread.

One or two, yeah I can deal with that. I've hijacked threads before. But you, its a whole new level. Its insane. You hijack, not by accident like most, but for the sheer 'fun' of it. I know for a fact that kathy has spoken to you about it. When a WM talks to you over thread hijacking, you have a problem.

What a perfect thread to not only prove we need some active mods, but also prove that we need to grow up just a tad. I am not saying this in a mean voice, I am simply saying what I think.

I respect everyone's thread and try never to "hijack" any thread. To set clear what WHNL is, is a few people (myself included) got to a very off-topic point on a thread. It died and we began "feeding" off of it. We keep everything to that thread and we even appologized to the OP of that thread and everyone who took interest in the main topic of it. How are some hijackers on the TB different than the WHNL? The answer is because WHNL keeps a level of control.

I am NOT directing this post to anyone, but when I read this thread I wonder if some people on the TB are even teens. I mean, I've seen some 10 year olds acting more mature than some people on the TB. Come on you guys, think about what you are posting. You are arguing whether you hijack threads WHILE hijacking a thread...does that even take thinking about to realize that the argument is stale? lol.

Again, I don't want to sound mean, 'cause I am writing this in a calm and reasonable voice, but please, consider what you are saying and what you are arguing. The point of this conversation is moot. How about since there are no "teen" mods, we grow up a little and do what the mods would want us to do...be respectful.

This thread, right now, reminds me of a couple of kids on the playground fighting over a ball. It's purpose is not nearly as important as you may think it is right now, so it might be helpful to understand that, move on, and act like a descent teen...I mean, this board DOES represent teen Disney fans.

Just because his name doesn't show up doesn't mean he hasn't been on here. I used to log on as a guest when I was mod on the teen board so the teens wouldn't know they were being watched.
We used to have 3 mods and the problem you guys are all talking about is the reason we now only have 2.

And we only really have one, considering tara doesn't come here.

I think we need new, more active mods. We have had a fair amount of arguing and hijacking recently. One of us who is a regular on the TB, and who is familiar with everyone would do well, IMO.

i don't know why I post on these, because these can only lead to controversy. I would just like to say that the best way to handle this, IMHO, is to send, as two DISers said they did, the WMs a letter or note or whatever, and if there are enough unanimous "complaints," then I feel they will handle it accordingly. That is my peace. Please DISers, stop fighting and getting angry with one another. When you feel yourself about to type something mean, nasty, or rude to someone, even if you say "I don't mean to be rude, but..." just sit back and see what you are about to say, and leave it for someone else with less discrepancy to type. And if everyone does it, then it does not have to be addressed by anyone except for webmasters, mods, or new mods, if need be. Until then, please try to get along and PM the webmasters with any complaints. Those are my thoughts...
