OH YEAH!
i called this morning and all my ressies were there, i even added le cellier(for the 3rd time this trip) and the chef mickeys breakfast on departure day. whew..i feel better..







ok so i get up this morning to make my adrs for my sept trip..we arrive on the 12th..i make all my adrs but 1..hang up the phone and think (i better call back and make it now), so i call back and give them my info and the guy says (sorry mam,you are 181 days out)..i tell him no im not i just made all my adrs so he checks his calendar and says sorry the cm shouldnt have let you..i say ok and get off the phone...and call back, because i figure hes crazy..next person says same thing..today is the 15 not the 16..i was wrong!

so my question is this..do you think the first cm wiped my ressies out? he didnt say he was going to but he told me i shouldnt have been allowed to make them..what do you think?

I have to make 1 ADR tomorrow for the 180 day mark (Sept 12th) for
Yak & Yeti--ressies have to made on the exact 180 day mark for this
restaurant (they don't go by that +10 rule). I already have all my other
Ressies but hopeing I can get that one tomorrow morning!
I would call back and just check and see if your ADRs are still
there and if not make them all over again.

Just call them back and give them the adr #. They can confirm they have it in the system.

i will call back tomorrow but i was happy i hAD GOTTEN EVERYTHINGi wanted..i have ressies at..

coral reef 6.00pm

crystal palace 10:30am (wanted a late breakfast)

le cellier 4:30pm (table for 7,and its together,wanted it early too)

50 prime time cafe 6:00pm

le cillier 4:20pm( party of 5)

goofys beach club breakfast 10:25am

crystal palace 5:50pm (same night were doing mnsshp)

whispering canyon cafe 6:20 pm

and last(the one i didnt get to do) im wanting a late breakfast at chef mickeys

i have never eaten at le cellier so im real excited about it..would any of you make any changes(assuming i get to keep my ressies)?

i cant help it i feel so sad now. why didnt the really nice lady catch my mistake..why did i have to go to drunko bunko causing me to confuse my dates at 6am??

oh well maybe they will let me keep them.wish me luck

I wouldn't be so much as worried about if they will let you keep them as much as I would be worried that the first lady did them correctly. If I were to guess, I would speculate that maybe she put them all one day EARLIER then you had asked. So, when you called today, she did it 180 days from TODAY... NOT 180 days from your actual check in date.

When you call back tomorrow, I would check on those reservations and the dates they are on.

This same thing happened to me earlier this week. I made all of my ADR's and later in the day, decided to add another restaurant. When I called back the CM (a man) told me that I had to call back tomorrow, that I was 1 day early. I was so frustrated that I just hung up and decided to call back and see if I could get someone who knew what they were talking about. The next person (a lady and a little more helpful) informed me that yes I was a day early, that I would have to call back the next morning. When I told her that I already had all of my ADR's, I just needed to add something she told me that I should not have been allowed to make them. I gave her my reservation # and she checked and told me that yes, she could see all of my ressies, but that the computer would probably drop them and they would not be valid. I almost lost it...I had gotten everything I wanted and the times I wanted. I was told to call back at 7am to make sure that I got what I wanted.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I called the next morning at 7 thinking the computer had cancelled my ADR's because they were done early and found out that every thing was still okay. The nice and helpful CM said she had never heard of such. I have since double checked my confirmation #'s and everything is still showing. You should be okay, but I would call in the morning and confirm everything!!

thanks that makes me feel better, im scared to call and check today..i dont want them to delete them on purpose. if they havent already..thanks again i will be calling in the morning

they likely won't erase them because others that are checking in prior to you but will be there on your dates are already able to make adrs for your dates, so it was a calculation error on the check in date, not the dining date (does that make sense?)... i'm sure it will all be fine when you call back in the morning!

just a quick note re: le cellier... while you are assured a table "together" 180 days out, when you check in, you may get told a different story... we had a party of 10 last sept and were split up upon arrival at coral reef, even though my ADR said "together" and we were not offered to "sit now separate or wait for a table together" we were just told we'd have to split... it was quite the bummer!

Don't stress. The ADR's aren't cancelled.

You have some good choices. We went to Chef Mickey, LeCellier and Whispering Canyon on our last trip. We enjoyed them all.
