Oh no!!!

Hi everyone

Ok I have a problem with VMK.... maybe Its because I have not been able to get online. I had a problem with my internet since December and its just been fixed (correctely finally!!) and I cant get in!!! It lets me sign in but its just a black screen and on the status bar is says "Done" ...what am I doing wrong?? I read that it can take awhile to load now the first time anywhere from 2-20mins but... um? I dont know whats going on!!! Anyone have that problem? I updated my shockwave in hopes that was the problem... but sadly its still a black screen. any ideas?

Heya...my sister had the same problem a couple of times. Since you haven't been on since december...your gonna have a lot of loading to do I would just let it sit there for a little while and see what happens. Make sure you have all your temp internet files cleared..and cache. HMM I don't know if you get it or not...but when I first log on I get that little box that you have to push yes or no ..does that come up? Other then that I would keep trying just in case there is a problem with the server or something. Good luck...and welcome back

Do you have a firewall on your computer?
Check that it will let VMK through.

May I guess if this is FireFox? I get this issue only with FireFox, and I
don't know how to fix it. I use IE only to get into VMK, and it works.

I tried to reload Shockwave for FireFox, and nothing happens except the
BSOD and "Done" at the bottom. Nothing loads.

I do get that little box all the time that I have to click yes to.. I am going to try to sign on under IE to see what happens. I have let it sit for abour 10 mins or so then I got annoied lol so this time I am going to just let it sit for about 30mins to see what I can get to work... I need my VMK fix! lol
I will look into the firewall thing.. hmm and I did delete my temp files but I will keep working with it!
