Oh No - we'll miss the parades!

Thanks for all your help so far - but we now have one final dilemma to resolve.

With your help we've chosen Friday October 6 for the ojne day we can make it to DLP. But this just happens to be the one day with no parades!!!

The Princess Parade finishes on the 5th and the Villains parade starts on the 7th.

So, here's the scorecard:

For Friday 6th - Smaller crowds, Tarzan still on, NOT our final day in Paris but NO parades.
For the weekend - No Tarzan, bigger crowds, but longer hours and the Villains parade.
For Monday 9th - Smaller crowds and a parade, but no Tarzan and getting back to the hotel late on our final night.

What say you Disers? Score it for me!

(and are their fireworks every night? Even when the Park closes at 7 on the Friday? Or just the weekend?)

Personally I'm not too fussed by parades and if I only had one day, would choose the Friday and do the rides - but that's just me!!

Visiting on the Saturday or Sunday would make this more time consuming, but would be fine if you're more keen on soaking up the atmosphere of the park in full Halloween mode!!

The park closes on 7 pm on Monday (and Friday) so you shouldn't have too late a night for your last day.

I don't think there will be fireworks any time you are there. Unfortunately displays are few and far between at DLP.

While we enjoy the parades read the weekends as busier which makes it more difficult to get a good pitch for parade.
I'd plump for the Friday

I can confirm The Disney Villians Parade will be running for a Press Event at 4pm on Friday 6th October.

And Disney Cinema Parade will take place at 1.30pm at the Walt Disney Studios.

There will never be a day in Disneyland Park without a daytime parade, unless the weather is really poor. It is a staple part of the Disney Day.
