I was trying to increase my visible screen on a temp basis so I could screen capture something. So I removed my various navigation bars. I figured I'd be able to right click on the header so get them back but it's not working. Help!

I can't offer advice but I can offer sympathy. I have a habit of doing that on PC's and never know how to fix it, I just wait for DH to come home and point , luckily he thinks my inability to learn anything remotely technical is cute

Are you talking about the toolbars in Internet Explorer? If you are using 7 or 8 you should be able to right click next to the tabs and see the toolbar options. Most people have the menu bar and status bar visible but if you want any of the explorer bars you can first unhide the menu bar and then select view -> explorer bar and the submenu will have your options.

If you installed additional toolbars like the Yahoo toolbar that should also show as an option but to be honest I never install those and recommend others don't either. They just use up resources and in many cases cause unintentional problems.

Did you try mousing over the top of the screen to get the tools tab to show up?

I use firefox and found if I hit alt V it brings up options and one of them is for the toolbar. Phew.

Glad you go it. Because so many people use IE I always default to that first for these kinds of questions.
