Oh No! I picked wrong date for YES tix

I purchased 5 day PH for 10-14 thru 10-19. I meant to do it for 10-13 - 10-19
It says the first day I can pick up my tix is 10-14!

Can I get them on 10-13? Or am I doomed ?
I heard the YES program tix you can't change? Is it true?
I am flipped out

I do not know if they will change it, but I would call them ASAP. Good luck!
 
Call and ask and be *very* nice. :) Disney has been known to refund the non-refundable and exchange the non-exchangeable.
 
Call them ASAP. I too made a mistake (# of people) didn't realize it for 1 month. Called and the guy was so helpful and made the change, no problem.

I am almost positive it will not be a problem. Tickets are non-refundable, but your arrival date and departure date can be changed. Tickets aren't even printed until you arrive to pick them up, it is just a change in the computer. Just ask nicely and I'm sure you won't have a problem.
 
You should be fine, when you call talk to the guy at ext 12 (I think Dave lehman) I have had to call twice now to change things slightly and he is WONDERFUL to deal with. First I saw that they opened a wild by nature class for our dates so I called to see I could switch classes (not a problem). Then we extended our trip and wanted to add a day to our tickets, plus my sister and her son decided to come and wanted to add tickets for them as well. This was also not a problem!
 
They will move the date up a couple of days we did this just today but now worried as we were told that they put it in the computer and to use the confirmation we were given originally and all would be o.k. My only concern is that being its a holiday when we pick the tickets up if we have a problem will they be able to address it and will the people who handle the yes program be in the office to answer any potential problems on a holiday day.
