OH NO! Can someone please help with a Shutters question?!

I purchased 3 photos at Shutters, 2 separate shots and 2 copies of one of those shots. I ordered 2 copies because one of them was for my friend. Well I automatically assumed that the CM gave the two copies to my friend. I emailed to inform her that I thought she had been given my copy as well and she just called to say that she didn't have either copy! We got talking and now believe that the CM never gave them to us. I rec'd the one photo, asked for a copy of another, paid and then we all got chatting. Next thing we walked out. I have my receipt for the 3 pictures, but how will I prove that I didn't actually receive two of them and where do I go to take care of this?

Your assist will be greatly appreciated!

hello.

Call disney cruiseline. The numbers on the back of the pictures are stored in a computer so they can print them out for you. We got talking one time in shutters and forgot a picture too and they just looked up the number and printed it for us. If you get someone that says that is not true just hangup and call back....customer service will be more likely to know more. I hope this helps.

Thanks Travis, you wouldn't happen to have a number would you? I searched today, but could only find a reservation number. I forwarded an email to guest services, but haven't heard anything yet. I knew you could order prints after you've left ship, so know they can get them for me. I think the thing I was worried about was getting them to believe me. I have my receipt, but that doesn't prove that I didn't take the two photos with me.

You may want to call Disney customer service before you call Alex. Im not suer of the phone number to customer service but all yo udo is cll the reservation line and ask to speak to customer service. Sorry that i dont have the number. Good luck and let me know how you make out.
