I must have deleted my confirmation from purchasing my passes for the Disneyland bus through online! I called and the woman I spoke with told me that they couldn't send me another confirmation because it would be a "duplicate" She gave me the confirmation number again (but I still don't have the printed email like I'm supposed to) and said to give it to the them when they collect bus fare and if they have any questions about it to give them her name... and well.. I mean that sounds kind of round-about doesn't it? I'm just worried about it because going this year is a stretch in the first place because of the money.. I can't afford to buy MORE passes
It is too late to check the deleted or trash folder, sigh.
Contact them and try with a new person. If they do not give you the email again then ask to speak to a manager. So what if you have 100 copies of the email as all you would have to do is print out 100 copies yourself. Just don't make sense to me. Check the site to see what their rules are and find some heirarchy as to who is in charge of the agency. If they require a copy of the emial then they should send you a new one.
Something else just ocurred to me. Try calling back if you can't find them and ask to speak to a manager. It seems like if you could print your email 50 times if you wanted to, there should be no reason why they couldn't send it again. Anyway, I would try going higher up.
