Oh My!!!!!!!!

I weighed-in today...............a couple of days early, because I had been hard-core Atkins'ing to reach a specific goal.

It has been one goal that I never in a MILLION years would have imagined I would reach.

Today I have achieved FIFTY POUNDS loss to date since taking on the WISH Challenge!!



I have all of you to thank for this, as your motivation & cheerleading have helped me more than you will ever know.

I feel I need to REALLY thank my PM Buddy however, because she has been the one whose words I hear echoing in my head as I take long power walks, or do an extra 30 minutes on the stairmaster. (((((HUG))))) You have changed my life!

I would say that they were;

1. The motivation I receive from my Son is most important, he has become my #1 Fan where this is concerned!

2. The motivation I get from my Best Friend, she truly makes me feel special in ways that I never thought of myself.

3. Seeing the significant effects it is having on my body, not only in it's appearance, but in the great health changes it has brought about.



All of these combined things make it incredibly easy for ME to stay focused on it!
