Oh my. SW gave me $$ back!

I purchased 5 adult I wanna Get Away tickets to Tampa for our Disney trip next month. Each round trip ticket was 323.50.
I just got a revised billing statement and my 9 year olds ticket will only be $205.10
Was excited to see this. Happy!

It's I'm my bank. I always use my bank card to buy tickets for my own reasons but I went to get my balance because today is bill day and I noticed I had over $100 extra.
For some reason they always charge for each ticket seperately. When I purchased each was withdrawn for the $323
And today I noticed the revised charge.
No clue why.

I've heard that SW is really good about adjusting your price if there is a sale and the fares go down. I didnt know that they automatically deposited funds in your account though, cool!

I remember reading somewhere about paying a lower price for a child's ticket on the wanna get away fare. I know it is something to do with that, and I am sure that is why they credited it back for your 9 year old.

Either way I am happy. With the extra $$ in my account I am splitting between the kids and adding to their gift cards before we go.

Now you have to call in to get kids fares. But I never found it cheaper than the Wanna Get Away Fare.

Not for this trip. I am sure her age can be seen on her SW rewards. Maybe that's how?
