Keira has ALWAYS been very thin and that dress just makes it way too obvious. I don't see anything different about her though.

She's a beautiful girl and would look even better if she'd add a little weight. She's probably one of those who just stay thin though.

Now that photo just shows it all! That poor girl should eat a hot dog or something. She looks emaciated. I had not heard the stories about her possibly being anorexic, but not surprised -given this photo. I always thought she was a beautiful young lady, but this is not the most flattering pic I've ever seen of her.

I don't think she looks anorexic, thin...yes, but not starving. But that dress is horrible and someone needs to remind her not to slouch, especially in front of the cameras.

I think she looks anorexic and starving in a concentration camp way. She looks like she's getting the anorexia osteoporosis, too, but maybe she has rickets to go along with her scurvy. I hope they make her gain some weight before POTC 3. Maybe they could write an eating requirement into her contract.

DH says her body looks just like his did...when he was 12!

I still think it looks better than being pudgy and is probably healthier too. I think she is close to looking anorexic, but not there yet.

It could just be her metabolism, but then, maybe it isn't. I can only speculate.

Either way, it stinks that the poor woman's body is under constant scrutiny.

I think the make up is way too harsh on her and it makes her look hard and even more gaunt. She's very etheral looking and I think the poor dress choice and too heavy make up emphasizes her thinness in a negative way.

Speaking of Lindsay Lohan she was on a Letterman repeat tonight and she looks great! Her hair is back to red and she's gained some of the weight, still thin but a healthy thin.
