Thanks for all the well wishes ! The company called back and the seller offered a counter offer, now to see what the hubby thinks. As to what made me decide to offer....... my husband finally gave in, I mean agreed it was a good plan for us to own!

We just had our offer for a 50 point OKW contract accepted. Just waiting on the paper work. Then the waiting will begin for ROFR.

When purchasing through the secondary market, is is normal to make offers like you would on a house?

I know I see a number of ridiculously priced contracts out there - stripped right down as far as they can go, maximized price point and full dues owed. I wondered why any agency would bother listing those.

Hm, buying resale could be more of an adventure than I initially thought
