It is finally winter. it is snowing in the south....well i know it is in south central tennessee.

It's snowing here, too. I work in North Memphis and live in North MS. Left work at 2:30 and did not get home until after 5pm. Not fun.

I just talked to my aunt tonite. Well it was about 6:00 I guess. She loves in Morristown TN and she was telling me they were expecting snow. She said all the store shelves were low or empty. I said "Really? Wow. How much are you supposed to get?" She tells me about 6 inches. Uhhhhhh, okay. And store shelves are empty for that?!! I guess living where I live has left me jaded!!

Yes Around here if they call for snow, the store shelves are empty, especially milk and bread but we also live in an area that gets very little snow.
I saw on the news this AM that the last time Nashville got more than 1 inch of snow was in 2003 and that was 1.4 inches. I don't miss tons and tons of snow but a good snowfall or two a season, enough to play with the kids in, would be nice , other than that you can keep the rest.

Awwww....you Dis'ers are the Best! Thanks for sharing, we have about a 1/2 inch this morning and it's still coming down! My three year old, this is her first snow so she is beside herself!
